about

Caitlyn Ng Man Chuen is a writer and scholar born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area. She writes with an interest in memory and perception and the ways in which they diverge. Her prose has been published both online and in print in publications such as the Malahat Review, Room Magazine, and En Bloc Magazine. She also wrote at the Tokyo-based bilingual magazine, honeyhands, for two years.

She enjoys the underground gay clubs in Seoul, the underground shopping arcades in Taipei, and the underground eel restaurants in Nagoya. Sometimes, she likes things aboveground too.

Caitlyn is currently completing a PhD in Communication and Media at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.
